Default 320hp, 343tq, good numbers?

Ok while I'm happy with the way my car got tuned up today, I'm still a little surprised at the low horsepower number. It was tuned on a dyno using a MAFT to get a good A/F ratio. So do my numbers sound good for what I have? The car was fairly running pretty rich before the MAFT adjustments! Best 1/4 at Bandimere is 13.8@104

2000 Z28 M6
Mods:
SLP LT's with ORP
Borla wide open
FTRA
Direct flow lid and K&N
Whisper MAF ended, descreened and ported MAF
Cut EGR tube
ASP UD pullies (crank and alt)

320 seems kind of low for all those mods. I am no technician though. Something just doesn't seem right.

That does seem a tad low for all your mods, especially with haveing the ORPs on. Are your running 93 octane gasoline?

If you can, scan in a picture of your dyno sheet so we can see if anything looks out of the ordinary. Plus we need to see what RPM the guy took the car up to on the dyno. It is best to hit the rev limiter sometimes on the dyno to make sure you rev the car to the correct max HP range.

Are those SAE corrected #'s? Also noticed your 1/4 times and the fact you're in CO. Pretty high altitude right? What kind of dynamometer did you use?

I'm pretty sure Bandimere is at really high elevation. Something in excess of 5000 feet?

If so, those are good #s

I must have dog too 326 rwhp. 332 tq. That was with TTS lt's, GMAFS, DIRECT FLOW lid & running a 13.4 a/f. without any kn. Someone tell me what i'm doing wrong.I ran a 12.90 @111.84 (2.12 60ft). I feel it has more hp. than it shows because of the trap speed. The 60 ft.sucks,i know. Just like FastAl i'm looking for some answers, Thanks BOB

Your A/F of 13.4 is within normal limits, but could probably be richened up a bit. Shoot for 12.7 - 13.0 for max hp.

I made max HP at 13.1 and max TQ at 12.8
So anywhere in between should be the premo setting...of course not all cars respond exactly the same.

Did you by any chance change the settings just prior to a run or in between two back to back runs? If so, that could be why you slowed down. Then again, your car may just be an exception. What Dan posted is typical optimum A/F ratios.

Carlitos, The runs were made weeks apart. 13.12 to a 12.90 ,i'll send you the dyno sheet if you want. The 13.12 was made with the standard GMAFS which gave me a .930 mv. on the TECH 11 at the dealership. I sent the GMAFS back & got a 5%lean which put it at.890 mv. and give me the 12.90 run, so i don't think i need to go any richer. BOB

Yeah the # seem low and so does your et. Are you shifting right? what are you 60's like? How high above sea level are you? Your numbers should be a lot better then that. It all depends though

I did 318/339 with a lid and stock filter...1700 miles on the car. So I'd say those are low for sure...

Those numbers seem low. When I dynod with 900 miles on my car and just a K7N air filter, I got 317 hp and 329 fpt at the wheels on run #2 on a DynoJet 248C. Some dynos are 3-5 hp tight, and sometomes weather conditions can hinder test results (heat/humidity etc)

Did you dyno at Dyno Pro in Denver. That was where I did mine. Maybe it's that dyno?
