Default Would I need to flycut?

Hopefully I get this F14 cam from someone on this board. Currently have a TR224 563/563 112. If I do get this cam would I need to flycut? I have Jantzer stage 2 ported heads milled .035. Or do I have to check them out when I get the cam.

Well it is a bit of a setup facts missing:
1- What is the LSA/ICL of the cam (FM14 is a 232/234 BTW)
2- What are the heads? 243, 5.3L, 6.0 etc... What is the type of valves, (if Ferrea then they hang pretty low), what size valves.

Include those facts so maybe someone can chime in with similar setup.

Stage II Jantzer ported heads. The heads have new stock LS6 valves with hollow stem valves and sodium filled on the exaust side. The heads flow 296@.570 if I recall correctly. They have REV dual springs/titanium retainers, new stock gm seals & locks. They are GM 241 casting centerbolt heads. They were milled .035". These are the notes I got from the guy who sold me the car.

Probably going to have to, I dont even think the F13 could fit with stock heads milled that far. For comparison, the torquer 2 (same duration, but xer lobes) will only take a .015 mill on stock heads.
