Re: MAF Translator lt1/ls1 vs MAF Translator Plus
The difference between the MAF T and the MAF T+ is that the MAF T+ also had a control for advance and retard of timing.
The air/fuel parts of the units are the same. You could use a MAF T+ on an LS1 car but you would be unable to use the + part of it because the LS1 does not have an ICM (Ignition Control Module).
The + part of the MAF Translator works for LT1 cars and the V6 F-bodies and also the GT and GTP Grand Prix's.
If you had an LT1 and didn't want to pay the extra money for the spark timing control, you could get the regular MAF Translator (that is used on LS1)'s and it would work just as fine fine.
I have a 97 V6 firebird.. I borrowed a MAF T and it worked very well so I decided to order the MAF T+.
Hope this helps.

Yeah, I don't know how or I should say where we would splice to play with the timing.
Anyone too rich at idle (I'm 60psi) and running around with the base setting at -10 down to -20?
