The all bore might win by a little due to better breathing potential and should also have the potential to make more power as well for those same 382 cubic inches.

Doesn't Cartech know the different? Why not look at their past customers dyno sheets? (or are there none?)

Its fun to find out info or opinions from everyone
So the net is great for BSing..

FWIW Terry
I've seen 2 Dyno graphs of 382 strokers from Cartek w/cats still on the setups.BOTH cars made over 452RWHP at a measly 6000 rpm....

But as usual u like to start with me
But I'm not going there anymore Terry.
The BS is over buddy

And by the way
Your car is starting to run well
Good luck...

I think the BG will make better gains than the stroker, but should be minimal. However, I like the stroker more because I am building one

But honestly they should be very close, but a slight advantage to the GB (about 10 more rwhp, just a guess). Both should do

i think an all bore would....it'll unshroud the valves more

then when you get a nice set of heads on their, you'll make even more

Do the all bore unless you are going to spray on it and need the stronger crank/cylinder walls.

Or better yet do both.

From what I've seen Joel, the All-bore and All-stroke 382ci setups produce very similar torque curves, but the All-bore tends to make better power, especially at higher rpm where those unshrouded valves really help.

Torque numbers are also greatly affected by header/cam selection on these larger cube motors.
