Both can use an XFI intake lobe and Xer exhaust lobe. You still should do a converter instead of this, but these will do what you are asking for.

I was going to say the same thing.
On the other hand, converters start at about $500 plus much less labor to install. Then you are ready later when you decide to get a cam.
