You should drop $500 more for an iron 6.0 liter block <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Jackl_30,

Does the SC mean supercharged? I'm about to get a 382 all-bore project started (tomorrow). What kind of RWHP/RWTQ numbers are you expecting? What kind of idle do you expect?

Thanks

Yes, it does mean supercharged. I am going with a Vortech T trim. It's a custom job. I plan on running 12 or 13 psi. I am hoping I can crack the 600 rwhp barrier. I have even heard some folks say that this could make 700 rwhp. Don't know about that for sure. Not sure what kind of torque this will make. Does anyone have any idea?

I'd say 650-700rwhp with a fuel system that keeps up.

You'll need like 72lb or larger injectors.

sweet dude. Make sure you hang that crank if you can and not let it sit to long on the side or it can warp.

With that kind of power, I'd look at more than an inline fuel pump! You need to get a better intank pump as well IMO. You're going to be feeding a LOT of fuel!

I just talked to RMCR. The place that's doing my work and they said 38lbs injectors will be ok, but we are going to upgrade my in tank pump and also have an inline pump as well.

I had to get an intank pump for ARE just to keep up with my 422ci motor.

I have a buddy with a 96Z 355ci LT1 and they plan for 15lbs of boost... Bigger intank for sure. Tom is going to run 50 or 55's.
