I've got a similar setup-
How do I post the pics?
I raised my rear floorpans 4" with 16 gauge steel and made a trans crossmember with 2 humps in it. The 40 series flowmasters with H-pipe on my car actually have more ground clearance than stock. I tried it like the black SS first but my car has Sportline 2" drop springs and the pipes scraped everywhere.

WOW! Underdog, that looks GREAT!!!

Do you guys think its possible to still keep the tips dumping out the stock location without modding (besides adding mounts).

I want 3" tips through my bumper locales, I really havent looked, but is it possible to get a pipe that big around the axle on both sides?

man, I really want true duals now that I've seen that picture!!!!

I now have 3" all the way back, over the axles. If you have Grott headers, let me know, I'm working on putting out a complete dual setup, like you see in the pic. E-mail me.

Dope, I have some pics of the exhaust going over the axle. I'll try to mail them to you, if you would host them & give me a link here. Thanks

Black Sunshine/ 00SS, You already sent me the pictures once but my computer crashed and I lost them. I would really be thankfull If you could send me the pictures again. I have a true dual exhaust similar to yours before you went over the axles. I have 3" collectors, 3" mandrel bent pipe to 3" X-pipe, 3" dynomax bullet mufflers to 3" turndowns before the axle. This is just too loud for me, and I only drive my car on the weekends. The exhaust shop that I am going to go to would love some pictures of your over the axle setup for something to go by. Please, Please help me out and send me your pictures. At first the exhaust shop told me that you could not go over the axles, then I told them I have pictures of someone who did it and he wants to take a look at them so he can give me a quote. I have to drive across Florida to get the work done by a shop with a in house mandrel bender, it should look good when I get everything done. Is there anything that you would do differently. I think I am going to have him redo everything from the headers back so he can tuck it up better. Is there any tips that you couild give me, something about removing the bar above the panhard bar. Is there any exhaust tips that will fit 3in pipe. Thanks again for all of your help.
