I daily drive my 233/239 .595/.603 on a 113 and I am doing it all untuned right now, it's not a lot of fun in stop and go driving though but is fine on the expressway. If you have a good tuner pretty much any cam can be made daily driver friendly

It's an lt1 but still I dd a 230/244 .544/.576, I have an m6 thought and agreed it is all in the tuning.

The 224/224 is a very good beginner/dd/small cam but everyone that got one that I have personally talked with wishes they had gone bigger. I have a good buddy who choose to get one despite me saying go bigger, and now guess what... he wishes he had. With a good tune a mid 230's durration cam will drive flawlessly, so I would highly suggest something bigger than the 224/224 because eventually you will find yourself wanting a bigger cam. I'm not saying go Trex or Ms4 even though there are many that dd these but just think more on it and talk to those who initially ran a 224/224 and then went bigger.

Thunder Racing 224/224 112 lsa. Had one loved it. Now have a 234/240 112 lsa. Love it, but my car isnt so much a daily driver anymore. 224/228 would be good as well
You just cant creep with a big cam. They dont like going 15 mph at 1200 rpms where a 224 will have no issue with it. Experience speaking.

TSP Torquer V3 231/234 .644/.598 111+1

I drove it untuned for about two months until I bought EFIlive and a WBO2.

Untuned it was drivable, now that I am playing around with my tune its like night and day.

MS3, but I am going with something bigger. A 224/224 to a 232/234 is a good range for a DD. Unless you like extremes I would not go any bigger than that.
