10w-30w regular castrol
change mine to often .. Synthetic stuff didnt hold my 5.0 block and crank together .. BA BOOM IT SAID !!

royal purple in the trans for the warranty

basic diff oil in the 9'' rear with no additive

The Torco ATF in my transmission is so far my favorite ATF I've had in there. Definitely the smoothest shifting. I'll have to see how my 12-bolt likes it if I ever get it installed...

Mobil 1 5w-30 and GM PF46S oil filter every oil change.

Pennzoil Synchromesh in the tranny

Mobil 1 in the diff.
