These were my exact thoughts on this! That's why I wanted to see if anyone else had seen anything this extreme out of one of these engines.

The LSX blocks arn't available till march. If he's got one know, he's got serious connections, or he's blowin smoke up your ***.

The most you can get out of the LSX is 511ci.

The S.A.Ms school build used a large plate to add an inch or close to that between the heads and the block.

Has anyone herd anything more on the S.A.M.s one?

I've been waiting to hear about price, but I havn't herd a thing

I thought that GM has plans for a tall deck version of the LSx? If so, what would be the possibility of attaining it then?

Say what you will, but when we say this guy has the means to do this, we mean it. If i had to guess, I'd say he has a ERL block, although I'm finding it somewhat impossible to add the amount of stroke he would need to achieve that many cubes. Until I find out a deffinate answer, I'm not counting anything out.
