Gutting Cats?????????? What is the best way to cut the cats with out breaking into them? Someone told me to chissle them out, but i cant see how a chissle can fit all the way down the pipe before the actual cat.

Re: Gutting Cats?????????? Once you remove them you can go in from the top, then there will be no need to get “...all the way down the pipe”. I used a long screw driver myself. Anything like that should work. Just bust up as much as you can and keep shaking it till it all falls out.

I think this will depend on your whole exhaust system.. I think they gain of race pipes for a little 2200-2500 rasp/drone (what ever you want to call it) and being able to smog is worth it..

But I ended up having to buy an exhaust system afterwards because it sounded like complete gabage with just a cut-out.
