When GM was searching for additional power when desiging the LS1 why did they hold back on head design? It would seem like this would be an environmentally friendly way to produce more power through efficiency gains. How much flow is freed up by the average porting job? By the way what do the stock heads flow? Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can go wrong with CNC or TEA. I have however touted TEA's facility and know that they supply some of the fastest Mustangs in the NMRA.
