Well you can do heads and cam on a forced induction motor. You just have to pay special care to the SCR. The magic number for boosted cars seems to be 8.5, the closer you get the better you'll be. With some nice heads you can get more power out of a turbo or supercharger @ a lower psi.

H/C with boost Yeah, most people that do heads and cam end up with a SCR of around 11.0:1, but they plan to stay NA at that point.
If you're going to do H/C and want to do forced induction later, then you definitely want to be in he 8-9 range.
