MAC off roads??? i want to know how loud my car will be? i have borla wide open, and i do love loud exhuast! But i dunno i have been told it will be really really loud from the guys at speed inc. I was wondering if there were any other systems like mac offers, the off roads with y pipes, is mac good?? i want SLP but i have to buy everything separate and that is quite pricey. thanks guys! <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> I also know i have to buy the O2 simms

Re: MAC off roads??? My friend has a 98 WS6 with Mac Headers w/ ORP. He has a ATR cat back. His was really loud and would get rasp at around 2200 RPM like you've probably heard people say. So he put in some bullit mufflers and it took it away. And the car sounds awesome. I'm probably going to get that same exact set up. Really wakes up the car.

Re: MAC off roads??? I'm running MAC's with a 3" ORY, going into the stock WS6 exhaust with a cutout just before the muffler. I wouldn't even dream of driving the car on the street with the cutout open.

Re: MAC off roads??? BlackWS6 and Boshawk both have FLPs, no cats, and a loudmouth. Their cars are crazy loud. Joe floored it past me last weekend, and my ears were ringing so bad it gave me a headache. I know you asked about macs, but the loudness will be very similar.
