Oil Change/No Filter Change. Time to change the oil. I drained the oil and as I was removing the filter, I realized I didn't have a filter to replace it with. So I finished the oil change without changing the filter. (Mobil I of course) SHould I just wait to the next oil change, or should I go ahead and pull the filter off, replace it, and top off the oil? Prior to putting in the Mobil I, it was regular oil in there. ??????
