Just get the composite LS6 manifold unless you plan on porting the Holley one. Don't get the JET chip, save your money and get the car dyno tuned with a good ls1 edit tuner. 360rwhp will be easy.

Ditch the cats and get the Hooker catback = no resonance at all and is very quiet.

I would get the 224,224 cam.Jet chips suck.Get custom tuning.I would also get the RandomTech or Hooker cat back instead of the Flowmaster(they flow better)

Where can you get a "composite LS6 Manifold"?

Thats the factory LS6 intake (2001+ fbod intake), any GM dealer should be able to order it.

Check with the sponsors too.

OK -

1) Get Hooker headers and a custom y-pipe instead of the MACs. That will prevent mid-range torque loss.
2) The aluminum intake manifold is only good if you port your heads and then port-match the intake manifold. It would be a better idea to get the factory LS6 intake manifold.
3) Cam choice looks good, or you could go *slightly* longer duration. Make sure you upgrade your valvetrain (springs) with that cam.
4) 160 thermostat doesn't really do much for our cars with these mods. I would skip it.
5) Forget the jet chip. Waste of time. Get someone with LS1 edit to help you out.
6) 4.10 gears are nice, but you will eventually break your rear end with those, especially if you hook up.

Hope this helps.
