Default How well ls6 style Stage III head work

I purchased some heads for my car and was wondering if I should go with different heads or use these

2015
Assy. 2.08"/1.60"/64cc
$1,295.00 pair They Patriot double springs

I have a comp cam 224 224 581 581 112 but I am wanting to go bigger.

If you have a stock cube bottom end, a stage II head would be a better choice. You can use the stage III, but be mindful of your PTV on a stock bottom end due to the large intake valve.

What kind of gains could I be look at over 99 heads?

So does that mean running the stock bottom end with the stage III you have to fly cut the pistons for valve clearance? Thanks Thomas
