Hammer cam idle ?

Hammer cam idle ? We put a Hammer cam from MTI in a C5 6 speed car and the same cam ,but a 114 lsa in an A4 C5.The one in the A4 has a way more lumpy idle then the the MN6.It almost seems like the 2 cams are mixed,but they were put in at toatlly different times.The specs on the 114 LSA are exactally the same as the 112 except LSA's.Any explanation!!!!TIA
