With cats, a high idle, and a little additive... you should have NO trouble.
Good luck.

The emissions results I got in Arizona(Maricopa County) with my B1 cam, CarSound cats, and coated MAC headers have me thinking a little larger cam is in order. I am very sure you can get a T1 cam to pass, but it will be in the upper 70% or more on allowables(the NOx was the worst). I was almost 50% of allowables on NOx. I would raise the idle and use LS1edit to get the fuel tables close, but the T1 should pass. Don't go much more than a T1 for 112LSA cams, though, but the TR224 cam with a 114LSA passes cleaner than the B1.

I know the B1 will pass, but I want something more from a cam that will still pass emissions.
