Medium to high reving all the time....got a question about it...
Thanks,
Bos
at crusing speed around 75-80 mph I am at about 3700-4000...everytime I slow down and try to get back up to speed it will go to like 5000 because the stall is pretty big How hard is this on the motor over time?? Currently the motor has 10,500 miles on it...

Sounds I'd expect the normal wear and tear to be about twice as much/fast as before w/T-56 for normal driving.
Yea I am going to do 65 I guess...you should come with us peanut to test out the new goodies..

I'm working. Besides, opening weekend is too crazy anyway. I think I'm going to wait until the cats come off to go.

Rpm's are only bad if you beat on it constantly, the temps can get high.
I regularly do 3000-3500 rpms when going US41.
I'd start out with 1/2 a tank personally.

I will go to the track maybe 5-10 times over the summer, this will not be happening all the time, but how hard is it on the rods, etc to hold it at like 3500 all the time when highway cruising

Just think of the life a marine engine has. When we all have my buddy's boat out its running 4500-5000 almost the whole time!
