Shall I try modified LS6 intake on the 422ci?
Frankly, all I can say is that it's a good company and they think I will gain 15rwhp with it. The intake has been internally modified.
I am at 445rwhp / 502rwtq UNLOCKED.
Any thoughts? I would dyno on Speed Inc. dyno again.
This intake might be a cost effect solution that is only a few hundred bux more than a stock LS6 intake.
Should ask Plan B to send over his manifold for a test as well <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
I have fresh dyno #'s on my car so if we do this intake we'll have #'s to compare.

Hampton I know of the stuff you are talking about.
I am calling the place today to get it sent to me.
I'd like to do a pull as I sit, swap the intake, and then play with tuning to maximize the results.
Once they are all ready, I we would dyno and then post the results...
#1 baseline
#2 new intake
#3 new intake + any needed programming
I think that would be worth a writeup.
THen you'd mod that intake for fuel injection in the case of the large strokers.
There would be no problem with good high rpm HP potential.
For larger strokers, we probably need shorter runners 10-12" with more cross section and ability to flow over 300CFM. It doesn't even need
to be an array of snakes setup, it can be a "trumpet pipes in a plenum box setup"
Besides, I doubt you'll have trouble getting rid of the manifold if you don't get anything out of it.

PSJ may also dyno a sheetmetal intake for testing. He is afraid he will want to buy one.
I did 450rwhp unlocked, so I am thinking about 470rwhp locked. I will try all combos.
