Default Have TR 220 cam, is it worth it to go bigger?

I'm happy with the performance from this cam from Thunder Racing, but a friend of mine is getting the TR 224 and wonder if I would gain anything by going to a bigger cam?
The car is only a weekend warrior.

Thanks.

I would think you would pick up some.. You might be interested in trying one of Thunders inverted cams.. 232/226 or something...

Going from the TR220 to the TR224 is usually worth only 5rwhp up top. We did this exact swap for a customer because he wanted a little more lope at idle. He was very happy with the swap.
