After I did my H/C install I followed the directions in the car manual on how to fill the cooling system.
Look up "overheat" in your owners manual and it gives the details
Basically, you fill the radiator (do this with the upper crossover hose disconnected to let out air), start the car, wait for the car to start drawing coolant, and fill the radiator while it is idling. Once the radiator is full. Shut her down, put the cap back on and fill up your recovery resevoir until it is up to snuff. Walla your done.
Check your recovery tank level after running her around the block a couple times. Fill up as needed.

Here's the way I did it, I disconnected the TB coolant hose which mine has the TB bypass mod on it at the radiator and I put a small bucket under the car to catch the fluid and I put the hose down by it and then I filled the radiator until fluid started come out of the hose good with no air bubbles (this will take alittle time) And then kook the hose back up to the radiator and start eng. then finish filling the <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> radiator.

Thanks. The weather has been crappy, snow & rain, since I did the head & cam over the weekend. Today the sun is shining, so I'm off to change the oil, fill the radiator, & take it for a spin, to see what it feels like. Hopefully it all works out nice.
