Default Stage II Heads and 227/227 .591/.591 113 LSA Cam are In!

Just got the setup today and all I can say is WOW!! I'm very impressed with the setup, I kinda had everything done at once (headers, intake, heads, cam) so it's hard to gauge how much I gained from the cam alone, but this thing pulls strong up until my 6600 rpm redline. I'm also surprised that this cam is pretty well behaved on the street with no tuning on an M6, the car hasn't stalled once even with the AC blowing (although came close a couple of times. Oh yeah, and the car is just a little loud right now, I have the Loudmouth with the Grot 1 7/8's and offroad pipe, kinda sounds like a jet engine when I'm going through the gears! Needless to say I'm getting a muffler and cutout as we speak. The car right now is running a little rich (2%), I will ATAP tomorrow and fiddle with the MAFT to even it out. I'm dynoing the car on May 11th without custom tuning, then I may go to MMS to get the car dialed in so I can see the before and after results. More importantly I'll be taking it to the track once I get some ET Streets and skinnies and see what times it puts down. I'll keep you all posted. Cheers. ~Tony

Excellent-- I'm sure it feels like a brand new car!!
How does it feel sub-3500RPM...good low-end?
I've got a 226 @112 with the same lift, and she's lacking down low, but feels like I hit the Turbo-boost at 3500+

MDL, yes there was a little torque loss on the low end but with my 4.10's it recovers pretty quick....I've been doing A LOT of driving today, the car has stalled but only twice, and my only complaint is that it reaches the rev limiter way too fast

SpeedDemonZ28...... "Andy's Stage II Heads 2.02 Intake, 1.6 Exhaust"

Sounds like a very fast setup...

Question: Can you tell use a bit about your heads? price, who was the porter, where there located, etc

Thanks,
Ron
