I have heard as much as 70 thousandths, but a die grinder was needed to trim a few spots on the intake for it to seal properly. Not too big of a deal though.

Don't forget to consider the cam involved--that's a big factor in seeing how low you can go <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

OK, T1 cam 2.02/1.55 valves, in 6.0L heads?

How much before I have problems?

At what point is intake milling needed.

Jason I saw your above post 70 thou? most I have heard of.
