Default Anyone running 220 @ .050"?

I've been trying search for the last couple days, and I can't seem to get it to work. So who has ran one and what was the setup?
XE, XE-R, LSK?
110, 112, 114?

Seems it would make for a great street cam with an efficient high flowing head.

I have a crane 220-224 which is actually a 282-286 on a 114 with 0.551 lift.
Works well. I wouldnt want power much further up the RPM scale. It will pull itself along idling 800rpm in 3rd gear so torque is pretty good.
The fast90 made a big difference. Go for 1.8 rockers to get the lift up and all should be well.
Ive got the 1.8's... just need to fit them.

One of my favorites is 220/220, .581/.581 115+0 (stealth I by MTI)
But it can be improved nowadays

I've got 6spd 97 vette. Going with headers, ported 5.3 heads, LS6 intake. Looking at a 220 cam with 581 lift. Don't want change rr gear. What improvement are you thinking?

Well since you have ported heads, meaning you can run thinner gasket and mill, I would work on maximising your SCR/DCR.
Since you are 6 speed, meaning you want it to pull nicely into the rpms I wouldn't touch the LSA/ICL but I would cut it on LSK lobes instead of XE-R to get more under the curve.
@ .050 on paper it would be a 219/219 .632/.632 115+0, but in reality once cut it will be more of a 220.x/220.x
since you're putting heads then changing lifters to cadillac or LS7s would not be an issue.
that thing would make a pretty nice flat curve

How would a 219/223 lsk cam perform on a 110 or 112? I'm thinking it might peak a little to early on a 110, but a 112 + 0 should pull well past the peak for a good shot of low end torque and still have an IVC of 42 for a decent amount of top end.
