Default When purchasing a new cam...

I'm getting the TR 224/224 114. When I order the cam from Thunder Racing, do I just order the stock 7.4 pushrods? Do I need any longer? I am getting the whole package...comp 918's and pushrods...I just want to make sure I'm ordering the right parts.

Thanks!

Best bet is to measure pushrod length and see what you need

Honestly, I'd just ask them...they should know what will work with that cam.

On their website, that particular cam swap kit comes with those size pushrods...there isn't an option to choose different sizes. I'm guessing those are the recommended size??

$20 pushrod length checker and do it right. I can't believe the amount of guys on here that guess their pushrod length.

It becomes harder as more variables drop in. for cam only, it is a piece of cake.

So what size will I need for unmilled 5.3's, .040 Cometics, and an LSK lobed cam?

You should be good to go with the 7.4's. Best thing to do is call Thunder and ask them.
