CONGRATS!!!

Man that is badass David! I was up there at MTI today and Jason was telling me all about the results of your new cam. All I could say was WOW!

Peace,
Craig.

SWEEET!

Where does it peak?
What RPM will you shift at?
How will it work with stock heads?
Is there any problems with cold or warm starts?
Is there any surging at certain RPMs?

Sorry for all the questions. I was dead sure on the TR230 but now I see this. All these tuners kick ***.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone. I had it out last night and couldn't be happier!

Peak HP is at 6200, torque peak is from 4600 to 5500. I plan on shifting right at 6200.

With a power peak of 6200 you "should" shift right at 6500-6600 depending on how the HP curve looks after the power peak.
Great peak numbers!
Cheers,
Chris

I would think that MTI likes to maintain driveability. I am going to say this cam is no more than a 226 but with a 110 or 111 lsa. Then again we could be getting suckered and the results are from the better flowing LS6 heads and the T1/B1/C1/C2 is in there..

This cam sounds bad *** and has a great RPM range that doesn't need to be shifted at 6800-7000 RPM

Since I'm going to be spraying on top of this (at least sometimes) I thought I'd err on the side of caution and shift a little earlier.

I'm going to take a guess and say that the cam isn't a 110 LSA, Maybe 111 - but it's as civilized as my T1 (when I don't get on it)so I just don't know.

Well, the key to these numbers IS the potential in the heads that the smaller cam wasn't taking advantage of. These MTI LS6 heads flow extremely well, they just need the right cam when used on a 346ci setup. On larger motors, the LS6 heads really start to shine, especially at higher rpm.

Here is a hint: .591 intake lift, .571 exhaust lift.

I bet the intake side duration is 230. MTI seems to like 112ls profiles, and single pattern cams. I bet its a 230/230 112ls grind.

I dont think it is single pattern as the lift would likely be the same intake and exhaust if it was.
My guess:
230/226 110LSA

I'm going with Ragtop on their being a little advance ground in and a 112 LSA.

My guess is 230/224 112
