No A/C after heads and cam.
If you pay the dealership to recharge your A/C they will do that.
First a vacuum to boil out any moisture.
Then they'll recharge with R134a and A/C Oil.
Once it's recharged you won't have any problems.

But if you already uncorked the system have it evac'd and recharged. There is a possibility that a small pinhole could have developed in one of the lines over time.
