I have a 95 T/A with an 8psi Intercooled Procharger. After one day at the track, on my final run I had a nast blowout from my PVC valve where I now have a K&N filter for breathing purposes. The filter blew out (obvioulsy under too much boost) and threw some nasty oil all over the engine.
I thought I needed more breather on the manifold, so I installed an oil breater cap to try and compensate. After starting the vehicle again, I noticed a nice white smoke come out of the breather cap and the filter (in my opinion excessive).
I was thinking Head Gasket, or rings, or something to that nature, but I have NO I repeat NO white exhaust gases whatsoever . . . clean as a whistle back there. But I still have way to much pressure in the manifold and that nice white smoke?
Just for the record, I still get tons of boost, but when I hit boost the oil cap breater (which practically just sits on the oil filler) blows off.
I am totally at a loss fellas! What could possible be wrong???
PLEASE HELP ME! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />
Thanks in advance ~ <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

check the radiator fluid whith the car running and the cap off. do you see bubble's??
i have the opinion from what you have told me that its a head gasket.
pull a compression check and a leak down on each cyclinder. that will actually be the best starting point.
how are the plugs looking?

I would say broke piston ring, but you would think there would be excessive smoke at the exhaust as well (especially on startup) <-- but there is none.
Steve . . . I will definately try out your theory with the radiator cap off and I will try get a compression check done as well.
Thanks fellas!

Years ago I broke a piston ring and had a lot of blow by and no extra smoke out the pipes. It was a 440, but don't think that really matters.
