I think it's a great idea Steve as I am one of those guy's who likes to see a smaller ci motor put down the Hp's of a big ci motor with half the cost!!!! I say go for it, as I would say you are definitely the person I would think would know these kinda things, (Things that would work) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I'm all about experimenting so I say go for it, but you need more cam than that and IMO you will need an intake that will flow the air you need otherwise the power band will flatline IMO.
I know you like that short stroke high rpm stuff Steve but you should talk to some S/E guys and ask them about engine reliability issues.
