Default power increase from cam swap?

Currently have a Comp 215/.560/114. Along with various bolt-ons, including headers and LS6-intake. ATAP data looks ok - I'm averaging .91 o2 on WOT. I'm putting down about 365 rwhp. This is on a 98 A4 C5.

I am considering putting in MMS or TR 224 cam. How much power increase would this net out? Would I lose power/torque from 3k to 4k? Finally, I don't want to rev the engine over 6500k, will the 224 cam work in that powerband, or does it need to rev higher?

I have ATAP and LS1 Edit for tuning. thanks.

Default Re: power increase from cam swap?

You should gain some power, but with stock heads you might see 10-15hp. You might want to try Heads and a cam.
