Default Raising LS1 compression
Had anyone tried raising the compression on their LS1s to get more power? Say to around 11.5:1?

Yes.. It is not a good idea. Tuning is real important. Take my word on it. You will not see any difference between 11.3:1 to 11.8:1. So play it safe with 11.3:1. I can show you some receipts of why not to do it.
