I did a dyno test for my car with stock tuning (SES light on, with insufficient switching code, and miss fire code) with cats and full on exhaust and got 400 rwhp and 400 rwtq. Is this ok? Could I get about 40 rwhp from tuning and no cats and cutout?
Thanks!!

I see some guys with lower cams are making big #s, so I wonder how? is it the cats and exhaust?

Removing the cats and adding a cutout could add a minimum of 20 RWHP and possibly 30 given you have a stroker.
IMO, the key to a stroker is torque and you're at 400 Ft-lbs. The high HP 346 motors tend to have peak torque around 400 ft-lbs. Once the exhaust opens up your peak HP may not exceed the cream of the 346 motors, but I bet your torque will increase similar to HP. You should be able to achieve a broader flat torque curve with the right exhaust, cam and tuning.

Thanks guys!
I will be heading to MTI on Saturday and for tuning and see what it can do! If I did not get it pass 420 rwhp I will change the cam or check for some problems!
Anybody knows how to fix the insufficient switching code?
