Default C2 Cam Installed need help

I just installed my C2 cam from MTI along with ported heads. When underlight acceleration it hesitaies, pops, and stumbles. I have LS1 edit we raised the Idle and revlimiter. What would cause it to hesitate, pops, and stumble?

Thanks for the help.

you need to tune the entirely new set-up with your lS1 edit. stock fuel tables/spark advance etc etc etc are a mismatch for what the engine needs at idle/off idle light load heavy load & wot.start by whatching o2s b1s1 & b2s1 to get that part throttle demon good luck

I thought you only used the 02 under W.O.T. This only does it below 3000 rpm. When your barely accelarating. I put on a 2000 C5 Intake. Could this be causing the problem? At Wot it pulls hard it just the low rpm giving me the problem. It idles fine.

What causes your spark plugs to turn green on the ends? Is it a lean condition or rich condition? I run nitrous would that cause them to turn green?

Thanks for the help.

Getting any misfire codes?

TPS voltage is correct? (closed and WOT)

Check all your grounds... even the ones on the back of the heads. It is common for a wire to break right before the "ring" that bolts to the head.

Vacuum hoses are hooked up correctly on the back of the intake? (Are you sure? What about the one to the PCM?)

What year is the car? 99? So the car is looking for an EGR and there isnt one?
How did you disconnect the EGR system? (or did you?)

Are you getting any SES lights? (and what are they?)

We've check all of the hoses and grounds. I have edit so we took the egr off and I took off all the egr codes.

I checked my desired IAC Position this morning it's at 112. Do the M6 have to drill out the throttle blade hole or can I adjust this with edit?

Thanks for the help.

o2s at any speed/rpm will tell you were the fuel ratio roughly is at otherwords a starting point. green plugs? still runnin' dex-cool (red) or the ole green stuff? see alot of LS1's not alot of head gaskets, blocks or heads. (on mostly stock set-ups) red on plugs is fuel aditives bet your color is to stock or not. maybe take your car to one of the sponsors shops and let them completely set it up on the dyno for you there is no substitute.

I've been going over everything. I think I may have found the problem. I can here a sucking noise between the throttle boby and the intake. I tried to tighten the bolts but I can still here the noise. How can I get the thing to seal offor is it normal to here the noise?

Also I can get the car to stop smoking. It goes away after you drive it. The motor doesn't run hot so I don't think it's a head gasket. There no water in the oil. What would be causing this?

Thanks for the help.

Well I found the problem. The head or the gasket on the passenger side is blown. I'm spitting water out of the header.

So there goes another chunck of change for gasekets and bolts.

No one sells just the bolts and the gaskets?

Thanks for everyones help.
