I am very happy with my MMS 383. With racing the hell out of it for over a year, the only problems I have had is one broken valve spring and one bent push rod.

Two year old MTI 382 stroker with 24000 miles. Absolutely no trouble other than one cam issue. Changed to Comp cams-MTI B-1 with excellant results. Not a major-leading edge HP producer as I wanted it mild for dependability sake.

Maybe the stroker or big bore guys can commment on this: Do the extra cubes strain the stock cooling system? Is a 160 stat and fan setting all you need or do you also need the bigger SLP radiator?
