I think mine is getting more "clacky". Whenever Im at a drive through where I can hear the echos off the wall, all I hear is just clack clack clack. Is this considered normal for LS1s even though its pretty damn loud? And when I open the hood and rev it and hold it what sounds to be around 1500 its at its loudest point. Anything to be worried about or just normal?

A stock valvetrain should be almost dead silent. If you're hearing a "clack" sound that is loud enough to echo off passing walls, you may wanna pull the valve covers and check everything. Check all the rockers to see if they're TQ'd correctly, and pull the pushrods. Somewhere to start...
Also, if you have headers your check valves will chatter pretty loud...
