Check for exhaust leaks around the header flange. Using a piece of long tubing about the width of a pen, snake it in and around the flange and put your ear to end of it. The tube helps amlipfy the sound that its pointing too. Also check for loose or burned plug wires and make sure they aren't contacting the header tubes. And BTW did you use those **** paper gaskets in the pacesetter kit or quality GM replacements?

sounds like you may have a loose/burned plug wire. Are you throwing any codes?

Ive always ran tr6 plugs in mine, but thats because im spraying. Tr6 plugs for you arnt needed, but they arnt going to hurt anything or cause any problems. Like i said im willing to put money on it that you have a loose/burnt plug wire. You can even check to see before you take it and get it scanned. Just check out all the plugs wires, and make sure they are on all the way. If you cant find the problem, then go get it scanned.

Did you check the plug wires yet? If the shop did the install bring it back and ask them why your car is messed up.
