Well i am gonna buy a shortblock, but i don't know where to get it from, i am looking to spend about 3200. I would like to get something bigger than a 347 but if i can't i will settle for a 347. Also what should i look for in a good shortblock (what brand) for pistons, rods, bearings, and ect. Also what companies have you had bad luck with, and what companies have you had good luck with? More info, and posts the better

 

There are lots of sponsors here that sell forged shortblocks that are of excellent quality.

 

I got mine from TSP. I called em up and had a nice 20 minute chat about what I was wanting and they got me all set up.

I believe there was something in one of the stickies about purchasing a shortblock as well...That would be something worth looking into.

there are many options from sponsors on here. Texas speed, Scrogin and dickies, LME etc (not in any particular order). any of those and i am sure you will be happy.

 

Well just ordered it from speedinc, so well see its gonna be here april 13th is what he said. I can't wait though, to get that in, i actually might be able to run with my buddy's turbo cobra, if i run a big enough shot.
