Default Engine problem

When i operate the (cold) engine the RPM goes to 1200 then it goes down to 600 and sometime it close down <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> (it goes up and down),and it does not remain settled unless i settle the RPM by my foot .

What is the problem in your opinion ? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Yes, I had the problem after the mod. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Some friends told me that it comes from the hole in the TB !
