Can anyone explain the differences in 5.3,5.7(ls1), 5.7(LS6), and 6.0 heads..

Can anyone explain the differences in 5.3,5.7(ls1), 5.7(LS6), and 6.0 heads.. I am trying to get some information on what are the differences between the 4 heads everyone is using for in their H & C package. Basically looking for differences and for which head would be suited for each application(na, nitrous, FI)
