That is excellent from a home port/small cam set-up. Drivability must be very good <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
Get to the track and see what times you can put down. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Your dyno numbers are close to where mine are. However, your torque seems very low for that converter. I am guessing your dyno numbers were with the converter locked, correct?

Damn nice numbers! I feel bad now, my car doesn't have anywhere near the numbers and I'm running with a TR224, LTs, and stage 2 heads (stock verter though). DOH!

Badass's car was dynoed on a dynojet.
Here are some pics of the heads that are on his car that I ported <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> . <img src="http://images.cardomain.com/installs/217000-217999/217306_179.jpg" alt=" - " /> <img src="http://images.cardomain.com/installs/217000-217999/217306_195_full.jpg" alt=" - " /> <img src="http://images.cardomain.com/installs/217000-217999/217306_187.jpg" alt=" - " />

Well nothing to speak of since his tranny has been screwed for the past few months. Last night it lost 2nd gear and he had to limp it home.

Yeah i won't be making it to a track anytime soon. I'm working on getting a new tranny in the car.
As for a few of the questions. Those pulls WERE on a dynojet. the numbers i posted were with the converter locked. unlocked the car made 380 RWHP & 426RWTQ
The numbers ARE SAE corrected and i DO have the Dyno sheets to prove it, I'll have to go get them scanned and post them for all you non believers <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />
Thanks for backing me up Mark and Shawn <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Re: Stage 1 heads and cam A4 dyno results!
badass,
I home ported a set of heads too, but my results were not are good as yours.
What was your final intake port volume?
It looks like you removed the swirl ramp, is that right?
Did you flow the heads?
What is your C/R or combustion chamber volume?
I dynoed 386 rwhp (M6) with my home port, but I am on stock tuning, no pulley, and no LS6 intake.
If I were to add those mods maybe I would break 400 rwhp.

1) less then 210cc
2) yes
3) yes
4) heads where milled .030 and just polished thats it
5) You should get over 400 easy with that above.
BTW what cam are you running?

Re: Stage 1 heads and cam A4 dyno results!
I am running the MTI T1 grind. I forgot to mention that the heads I ported were the 6.0L heads.
Could you post flow numbers for the heads you ported?
Do you think there is a lot to be gained by removing the swirl ramp? What's the trade off in doing that?
I did not remove the ramp on my heads.

Gator get you some of those GTP heads they seem to be the sheeet now. Or better yet get some EMT heads <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> FYI the person that has helped me out alot with getting these heads to flow, use to be one of the main head porters at GTP last year. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
