Default Port and polishing TB..

I already have a ports Throttle body on my 422 but a friend wants to get his ported. Can someone give me the details if its possible to do it himself?

I did mine myself... used a dremel.. came out nice.
I did notice a 'slower back to idle' reaction after ..

I recently started porting mine (with a dremmel). I still have a lot of work to do, but you can see its not all that hard. Just get a sanding/grinding set of bits from walmart (mine cost me $11.96 I think), sand down the big ridge and make it a smooth transition to the mouth. Grind down the shaft the blade sits on a bit, but DONT change the bore size around the blade or else you'll screw up your idle.
