I'm running that cam but mine is on a 114.
You will have to drill out the throttle body,as you will need to with most aftermarket cams.
FMS computer tune also got the car on hot startups to idle much better. I dont think the computer tune is completely necessary (I'm thinking M6 here), but for my daily driver a4 it was.
In may, in 900 D/A with a 3280 raceweight I ran an 11.16@119 with this cam and stock heads.
Later in the summer, in 2300+ D/A with a 3380 raceweight I went an 11.32@118. Still stock heads and this cam.

You can see a complete list of my mods in my sig (just click the link). The cam is either called the F4 cam or simply the 226 cam <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I have never heard Mikes car but another guy in BatonRouge has that same cam with ported headds and is in a heavy convertable t/a. it sounds awsome with a Borla exh. and oryp . with A 44oo yank coverter and a 75 shot in 3rd gear only the car went 11.26 at 120 mph and could not make any more full runs. They let him run the eight mile though and ran in the high 6's at 97 mph . car weight is around 3800 lbs
