If you didn't read the first post about my little nightmare, here ya go...
https://ls1tech.com/ubb/cgi-bin/ulti...c;f=1;t=008002
Took some troubleshooting advice and pull some stuff apart today. With the plugs out, and rockers off I stuck my biggest TQ wrench on the crank bolt.....won't budge an inch.
The bottom end can't be locked, I didn't touch it. My heads being milled .050 will make for some compression and harder for the motor to turn by hand, however with the plugs out it should turn with a huge TQ wrench.
Ideas?

One time when checking timing on a car with points the engine wouldn't turn over. I couldn't figure it out and neither could my friend. Next I realized I'd forgot and left the car in park. If the car's a M6 and in gear same idea applies.
Might be worth checking, never know if a friend or someone might have put it in gear for safety for you when you were under the hood etc.
Best wishes

Have you removed the starter? It may be possible that the starter gear is locking up with the flywheel. It's only two bolts so its easy to check.

Try to turn it backwards. If it does turn backward, keep reading...
I have seen it happen were a nut or bolt or anything drops into the cylender and stops the motor at just before TDC for that piston.
Hope that helps.
