Default Valve train setup with F1 cam...

What valve springs, retainers, and seats should I use with this cam.

specs are 230/226 .591 .569 112 lsa

might should mention the slightly milled 5.3 heads.

suggestions are appreciated.

Yeah...pretty much. I think I'm going to have the valves machined again anyway as I am going with larger intake valves. I have the stock 5.3 valves still <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

with a 591 lift and milled heads your valves will probably hit the pistons. You better clay it.

Just putting some playdough or something on the piston, laying the heads ontop w/out torqueing it down and manually rotating the crank?
