Default hey guys need help asap on head torque

well i just put my gtp heads on now i need the torque spec i was told 22 on torque then 90 degrees then 50 degrees on short bolts thanks for any help

thanks i got called mti and chris took good care of me i was right except of the short bolts

Interesting... I thought it was this:

1) Tighten all M11 bolts to 22 lbs-ft.
2) Tighten M11 bolts #'s 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, & 8
a second pass in sequence to 76 degrees.
3) Tighten M11 bolt #'s 9 & 10(short ones) a
second pass in sequence to 34 degrees.
4) Tighten M8 bolts in sequence to 22 lbs-ft.

Are steps you guys described in the Helm manual?
It sounds like the steps I described are not enough torque. Anyone know what most tuners use?

is the EXACT procedure from the Service Manual. I highly suggest you follow those steps.
