Default Dual springs for unmachined heads?

$139.99

54-SC221 REV Hardened Spring Seats for 54-VS1116 1.25" Double Valve Springs
$44.99

54-TR9814 REV Titanium Retainers for 54-VS1116 1.25" Double Valve Springs
$149.99

from TR website

Looks like $335 for a dual spring set up without having to machine the heads. Seems like this might be a good upgrade for some with single spring problems.

Anyone know more details about this product?

Thanks

Guess it took a few people taking a gamble on the springs before the shops decided to start carrying them. There was alot of good info that came out of that thread. Hopefully it will answer many of your questions.

I don't think the valve seats and retainers that Thunder is selling are the same ones that I got from A&A (alot more info in the other thread about this), but my set has been running on a 224/224 .581/.581 112LSA XE-R cam for about 2000 miles with MANY spirited runs up to 6600rpm and everything is holding up great.
