Will a 115LSA lope? Hey guys, installing the SLP cam in my 99 SS tomarrow night. I stayed with this cam because it has a better chance of passing smog than the rest and i got it really cheap. Anyway, it is a 115LSA cam, and im wondering if im going to notice a difference in idle sound and WOT sound... ??? I know the stock cam is on a 119.5LSA, so it should make SOME difference. BTW: i have hooker shorties headers, stock cats/y-pipe, and no muffler. Any ideas??

Intake: Lift: .559 and 214@.050 duration...
Exhaust: Lift: .566 and 222@.050 duration...
Centerline is 111 and LSA is 115

Re: Will a 115LSA lope? Well, the cam is in. And i love it so far. It has a nice sound at idle, a very very slight lope, but more rumble than before. Car pulls more down low now, and pulls up high more too. Revs quite a bit faster as well... i am very happy with it.
