Default How do fuel injectors go back on?

Those darn fuel injectors don't seem to want to go back into the intake manifold. Is there some kind of trick to it or does it have to be muscled in?

You do have to force the injectors back in. They definitely don't just slide in very easily.

Make sure you put some sort of lubricant on the o-rings before installing the injectors. They tear quite easily if not oiled up.

A fine film of cooking oil works well.

I use vasoline....put some on the manifold holes and also the o-rings.

Don't get any on the fuel injector tip, however...
